About Us

Design 2 Sail is the culmination of over 50 years of experience of Martin Dovey in both skippering and designing both Radio and Free sailing yachts.

Martin has been sailing in the sport since 1966. He is a successful skipper notching up wins in a number of Free Sailing National Championships.

As a designer Martin has equalled success with many of his yachts, most notably in the A Class and Radio / Free sailing 36.
